Mini Sfera Yuzu

These sferas are made from a smooth crémeux based on eggs, cream and white chocolate. Yuzu is a citrus fruit native to East Asia. The flavour of this citrus fruit is sour yet sweet with notes of grapefruit, mandarin and lime. Yuzu has a unique flavour and fits perfectly in desserts with chocolate, citrus, Asian flavours, cream & dairy or fruit. These sferas are perfect for decorating cakes, pastries and desserts and add a beautiful, elegant touch.

Preparation advice

• Thawing time: 5 minutes at room temperature (if immediate use), 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

Storage advice

• Store at -18°C. After thawing, store for a maximum of 48 hours between 0 and 4°C. Do not refreeze a thawed product.
